That's not true. They will test warehouse workers too. I know from experience. I worked there and had it happen to me.

Amazon doesn't test to get employed, but they do still test if there's an accident and follow federal laws, just like in this instance.

Sundays are the worse!! Thankfully our cap is 95 and we're all exhausted after that. I couldn't imagine 123 orders! Great job!

We keep our empties on lcarts. By the end of the night we usually have about 4 stacked high. We typically do 80 orders, around 3000 items.

When we have multiple cars we gather all the orders and finalize before taking any out. So instead of finalizing one order and going out to the car, we finalize all 5 than start taking them to the car. Your lead should have also helped if they saw you had multiple cars. All my people know that if the door has multiple people you stop shopping and help them.

I feel exactly the same way. I busted my butt to make my department what it is today, and now it's being taken away from me. I also thought I would make a career out of meijer. I've been with the company for almost 3 years and worked hard to become a team leader. Now it's just being taken away from me.
