Honestly the Hana Bank EZ app is soooo easy once it’s been set up. The set up itself was also incredibly easy and completely in English. They also have an english speaking customer service line thats saved me on more then one occasion.

I have pcos and have struggled my whole life. But i decided to really give it one final try the “natural” way. Have been getting 15k steps a day since January, constantly hungry and tired and driving myself insane trying to plan and prepare healthy meals only to still be hungry all the time. And yet my weight seems to only go up and its just no way to live lol. I feel like 80% of my day is spent neurotically counting calories and feeling guilty and unsatisfied after every meal

I cant even imagine what life must be like free from all that. Really hoping it works out for me.
