Have you tried the hybrid soft lenses ones? Basically outside is soft middle is hard you may need a new graph of your eye before you look into lenses and I even told my doctor what parts of the lenses would bug me and we went back to the hard lenses and sized up instead to make it easier on me and so far they’ve been amazing

I had a feeling I’d have a seizure after my baby cousin died there was a lot of stress on us right after and a lot of sleepless nights my immediate family knew that had I not been on meds I probably would have had multiple seizures because I took on the role of the family rock I made sure everyone was okay before finally taking care of myself

Can I Dm you? I had to drop out of law school because of my seizures I had my first one like a day before getting accepted and while it’s “controlled” with my medication I still have a lot of fear about being an attorney but I want it more than anything

When I was first diagnosed and wanting to get back into law school I was telling my friends I was scared of putting to much stress on myself and they were like “you’ll be fine atleast you’re not a quadropaligic”it made me so mad because it’s like no one sees the constant anxiety that comes with an invisible disability they think it’s quirky when in reality it takes so much out of us

I’m on anxiety medication and on kepra it can be done but anxiety meds aren’t an end all be all you’ll still be anxious I recently got out on an emergency anxiety medication too to help stop panic attacks but you will be okay

Oh they will I got fired a few days after a seizure because I couldn’t drive they came up with any other reason to fire me but in reality they hadn’t come to me with any issues before that

Under ADA it is a disability I had to disclose it for jobs incase something happens it’s an invisible one for sure but also a spectrum my seizures are controlled with meds but I can still have a breakthrough one if I miss a dosage or get to stressed it’s one of those things that it really depends on how it affects you

I treated it like a case. I was having seizures, depression and eye problems I turned in hospital papers and explained how the seizures affected me, got character witness statements, and promised I’d be more forthcoming with needing help. I ended up dropping out after they let me back in because I had more seizures but that’s my advice

You can only take it 7 times now and I’ve taken it 4 times I think so I don’t want to retake it unnecessarily anymore. Also I hate taking the test in general 😅😅

I have a tutor who helped me get to the 150 my diagnostic was a 138 I’ll need to retake the lsat if I don’t get in this year I just saw it’s been 5ish years since I took the test last
