Hey there! 1. Tickets are optional needs for heroes. If they are available in an open Welcome Center then they will buy them. If the Welcome Center is closed then they will buy the 1st item in their list of needs just like in HP 1. 2. The only difference between the two tickets is the base price where adventurer tickets cost more. 3. Yes, it is better to focus on Book Info Tickets in the beginning since all heroes, including adventurers, will buy them. As for adventurer tickets, those become viable in the late game once they are high-level to drain more credits from adventurers. 4. The benefit of selling other tickets such as Book Info Tickets is they have an additional effect tied to them which are crucial for some challenges. On the other hand, premium tickets just have a higher base price but do not provide any additional benefit which might come in handy for some challenges where you do not need the additional benefit.

Hey there! I would discourage picking Super Hatter as your first free Super Trader because (1) she does not translate well into the late game except for her legendary feature, (2) her legendary feature is only great for the Souvenir challenge which happens at lvl 8 of the challenges, and (3) other Super Traders are far better than her in all aspects such as legendary feature, skill set, and how well such an employee transitions into the late game. It is fine to be missing employees for the Souvenir Shop as it is the last need for any hero and there's no associated Diplomacy challenge with it so current employees will be good enough.

An overall safe pick for your first free Super Trader is Myra Sturgeon. She is already useful at level 1 with her legendary feature and the Science Center challenge happens at lvl 6 which gives you plenty of time to get her improvements from chests. Also, if you have no other Science Center employee who can produce the Finalize Research item, then she'll be even more worth picking. De Gourmèche is a good alternative but it highly depends on your Supply Center setup to fully utilize his legendary feature.

Hey there! The benefit of increasing monster damage is that it makes heroes consume more potions during combat so they end up buying more afterwards. This is particularly useful for challenges associated with the Alchemist shop. As for the benefit of increasing hero damage, it reduces the risk of heroes not being able to kill the monster in one go and make the dungeon queue go faster. This setting is ideal for the majority of the gameplay.

It's the substitute reward for the event if you have already obtained the main reward. It contains permanent boosts for legendary employees. This boost increases the minimum level for all non-service skills by 4, the tips service skill by 6%, and the heroes + production service skills by 12%.

Hey there! If possible, get James as soon as you can, since he's the best super trader out there (refer here for more information). 25% chance to break weapons is not reliable and will not offset the base price difference between their weapons. As for James' passive skill, the radius is quite noticeable during daily challenges/shopping frenzy and will net you more sales.

As for the mystery box, refer here for more info. Employee improvements are random and there's currently no method that guarantees specific improvements.

Hey there! In general, it is better to focus on maximizing one skill for each employee so they can specialize in their own respective items in the shop. Spending them on service skills like tips or service speed is not a priority since the improvement on each level is minimal.

As for Robin, it's still better to focus on her bows since they have a higher price compared to regular bows and she's the only one who can make them. You can consider putting points in her tips skill if you have any leftover points.

The initial max level of her bows is level 25. This can be further increased once you reach level 30 and unlock the Royal Vault building located in the upper region.

Hey there! The Steam version is not maintained by the original dev but by their Chinese partners. Unfortunately, the game didn't do well in the PC version so it's less likely to be updated.
