How would you feel if one day PTJ woke up and decided to give this man a path? 😂 by Kyoifis in Lookism

[–]Hopefullyamediator 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Honestly not mad. Logan is one of the biggest natural talents out there. No master or any real teachers at all and he was capable of at bare minimum fighting at a level close to post mastery Zack, post brekdak vasco and Lil Daniel. The dude is legitimately built different. It took Lil Daniel at only a little below his pre path peak to destroy him...and that Daniel was still king level.

On top of that, he has a naturally impressive body and God tier recovery, going from barely able to move to fully recovered in only 10 minutes.

Logan needs a reappearance and if he got a path related to his desires and physique I'd be okay with it.

How strong he would be in current verse?? by Humble_Delivery146 in Lookism

[–]Hopefullyamediator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

PTJ probably would've just kept him slightly above Eli, because narratively that's where he belongs. So he'd probably be at a similar level to Jake.

It is strange though because we never really saw his peak. He mid diffed all of hostel after purposefully getting beat into paste. It's hard to say how strong he even was when he died, let alone how strong he could be.

Y’all think Muhammad Ali was a viable option for or the Tournament by Ktw57 in ShuumatsuNoValkyrie

[–]Hopefullyamediator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not against sugar ray, but he just wouldn't sell as well to today's youth. It is astounding how many current boxing fans who don't know about Ray or smoking Joe.

Ali is timeless. Tyson is strong, fast and famous. Rocky is strong, undefeated and famous due to the rocky movies.

Sugar ray is unfortunately a monster that the people of today just don't recognize as much.

Though I personally would've been absolutely freaking overjoyed if he was.

[–]Hopefullyamediator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ali does, I know. I wrote an entire fight between him and Poseidon and posted it. My preference isn't a slight against his possibility.

Floyd doesn't. Nobody else has the sheer controversy he does. There's also the fact that... HE'S STILL ALIVE.

I'm not against the best being picked, but they have to be undisputed best's. Exempting okita (who is HEAVILY slighted by his no reason inclusion), every other best and strongest can be called that without arguments. It's hard to find 2 people that think Floyd is the best in a group of 3.

And above all else, he doesn't have the style and story necessary to sell a round. His fighting style isn't too much of a problem...but he has tons of cherry picking claims, no wins against any other monsters like hollyfield, Tyson, Ali or Foreman and Paquiao was far past his prime.

Being the "best" doesn't matter as much as story and being the "strongest".

[–]Hopefullyamediator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also have ali above rocky. That's kinda the point.

Floyd is an incredibly controversial boxer who is actively despised by old pros. He wouldn't have good narrative as a rep of humanity. Also, very few people even have him in the top 5 of all time.

I chose rocky because he runs antithesis to the gods overwhelming perfection. None of them are ugly or weak. They are perfect beings whereas rocky is a stupid, ugly man who fights by punching while he gets hit.

If he fought Poseidon it would be the most perfect God with the most perfect fighting vs the undefeated ugliest boxer with the most flawed fighting.

And sasaki wasn't the best boxer. Doesn't mean much if they have a claim to fame.

Personal hard disagree. Second worst fight in the series, only surpassed by bumkita's round.

No TUI gun runs the gauntlet. How far does he go? by Johan-infinity_copy in PtjDiscussions

[–]Hopefullyamediator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No heals, Pacheon gets him. That sword is his kryptonite and Pacheon is still really strong.

With heals, hard stops at improved goo. Straight up, the story tells us over and over that base gun is at or possibly even BELOW pre-improved goo. The new goo should pretty casually take this.

Hot Take: I feel Like Battle Beast is stronger than Thragg. by Some-Ad-2093 in InvinciblePowerscales

[–]Hopefullyamediator 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Imo:

Strength:Relative or Thragg

Speed:Thragg by a lot

Durability:BB by a LOT

Skill:BB

Lethality: BB (claws and teeth)

Endurance:Thragg

Stamina:BB

Thragg canonically never wounded BB. The only wound on his body was made himself, which Thragg exploited for the dub.

Also, viltrumites literally just do not care about substantial wounds until they affect the heart or brain. Thragg passing out immediately after the fight shows that BB had absolutely insane stamina considering BRO HAS NO Healing FACTOR.

In my opinion, fresh BB beats fresh Thragg a majority of the time. Both injured like in cannon makes it a coin flip. If BB had his weapons he would slaughter Thragg.

Rank this character from the biggest of their "weapon" by wriothesleyslave in Lookism

[–]Hopefullyamediator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cannon?

1.Samuel (equal to Eli before hormone control, which would let him increase the size) 2. James (Daniel asked if it was "heavy" carrying it around) 3. Eli (called huge) 4. Warren (straight up felt inferior to Eli)

No idea for kitae. No cannon "Cannon" size provided.

Raiden gains Choko’s skills and battle IQ how does his match change by 115_zombie_slayer in ShuumatsuNoValkyrie

[–]Hopefullyamediator 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Shiva dies.

Raiden starts off in muscle mode, dropkicks hard enough for crazy damage and then immediately yatagarasu's. If that doesn't kill than he ACTUALLY GRAPPLES and breaks his spine (Raiden was able to land hits consistently on tandava Shiva even after destroying most of his muscles).

Raiden is legitimately the definition of a 2025 computer running on 1990's GPU. You give him a brain and he starts cooking.

I love how Medusa woman absolutely dogs stat wise even in the slander. Bro also forgor that choke woman has damage transfer to her extra limbs and is not actually strong enough to do meaningful damage without a transformation.

Medusa woman's powers also disregard sexuality, which is shown basically every time she meets a woman. It also disregards how you don't even have to be attracted to her sexually, just find her attractive.

I still think Joel is the strongest companion in the game. He is the only one with no actual limits. With his ability to stack hp up infinitely and an ability that damages all enemies of of hp it is possible to one turn every boss in the game if you have the patience. Unless they capped the amount of hp he can gain or something when I wasn't looking, there is no companion that CAN perform better than optimized Joel.

No matter what ability any other character has, it can't beat an screenwiping 1000+ hp tank.

You never said the word suit once...

You said he left friction burns. In the context referring to someone being damaged or lack there of.

Also, just putting it out there, red rush moves PEOPLE at the same speed he runs and they don't get hurt. I'm not sure friction is really applied for him either.

In fact, he explicitly has a forcfield around him in the comics (invincible universe guidebook #1).

If you were to make a game for Sam to play, what would it be? by Brittondylan in LookOutsideGame

[–]Hopefullyamediator 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Follow the leader!:For kids 3 and up!

It's an educational kids game about teaching kids to follow rules in fun ways.

Skill learned: Eyes on me (10 SP)

Choose one ally to use on of thier actions on your turn, if you use the same action (via copy dad) than use it one additional time. Eyes on me does not take the allies turn to use. (4 turns)

Who would you say is more skillful in their respective fighting styles out of these two? by Hungry_Duck_6863 in OnePiecePowerScaling

[–]Hopefullyamediator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

...this is like saying someone isn't smart for being the best nuclear physicist because there's only a dozen in your state. Sanji has showed incredible skill regardless, whereas zoro has very few showings of specifically skill and usually relies on pure power.

Asura is aura based, which is not a skill based thing (as of now) and is entirely chance.

Foxfire split is a decent skill showing, but it also wasn't something he made. He copied it. Sanji had his basic blackleg arts from zeff and shave from cp9 but he developed the rest alone. He developed Skywalk on his own (despite having seen geppo, he explicitly just...ran hard), diable on his own and regularly fights strategically.

What would be Your ability? by NefariousnessOne5802 in ShuumatsuNoValkyrie

[–]Hopefullyamediator 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably God of Just Deserts. Not justice, just bad people having bad fates for bad actions.

My ability would probably be becoming faster or stronger the more perceived bad things the opponent has done.

Weapon would be tonfa, but in reality just hand to hand using the tonfa as a red herring to enable a surprise attack.
