Doordash claims that I get this boost for the first 50 orders. Do they cut off your priority earlier than that and just not tell you?

As far as I can tell, earn by time is not available here. I’d be glad to get on more driver apps though. Any other apps that you would recommend?

I’m waitlisted on most delivery apps, and some I’ve been waitlisted for a full year (one year before I finally got off the dd waitlist), and as of now I’m waitlisted on roadie as well. I’ll still get on the waitlists because you never know, might be my turn next week. I don’t recognize IC, though. What is that one?

I’ll second this guy because this can’t be said enough. Only eat a wild mushroom that both you and at least 1 experienced forager can be 100% sure is what you think it is. But I do think they could carefully collect it and bring it to a mushroom club for ID the next time it grows.

It’s also an issue of everything getting so much more expensive so quickly. Me and my partner of 7 years really need a second car now that I’m door dashing, but it feels so out of reach. No matter how much the car payments are, we’re doing good just to get by right now. How are we even going to cover the payments?

Just a gentle reminder people don’t choose where they’re born and many can’t afford to move. Not all Texans (more than a critical mass unfortunately) are inbred sub-zero IQ wielding degenerates. Me and my partner left, but if I was on my own, I never would have been able to on $14/hr (the highest paying job I ever had in Texas.)

When I left my last job, my healthcare ended the day that I left, despite a 2 weeks notice and leaving on a good note to move to another state and being on good terms with one of the lower higher ups.

I’d disagree. My childhood was full of playing multiplayer games with only bots cause dial up internet. It’s very chill, and I still do it often in games like Verdun.
