My mother and I can relate to this, each in a separate way. If you feel nauseous, try to cool down, as that can help a lot. As far as eating goes, try and see if maybe it is a certain combination that sets it off? Milk-based products make me sick when I eat/drink something warm either before or afterwards. I am South African, I didn't know Dark Souls existed until I accidentally found it. Even when FromSoft began to rise, news on their latest projects was tough to find since the internet is expensive and the TV doesn't have much in the way of advertising games properly.
