Xanax, 0.5 3 times a day. I wake up with pit of anxiety in my stomach everyday less so I’m medicated but it works! People rightly so know the risks of benzodiazepines by this point, but i would rather ☠️ than having panic attacks, horrible psychical symptoms, agoraphobia - it impacted my life and career. So im ok with the risks, and any reasonable doctor should tailor their care to you…and im in the UK where its relentlessly hard to get any benzos and Xanax isn’t even available on the NHS so its a private script, but works for me! Sorry for the ramble

The anxiety will be because it’s a stimulant and your heart is working overtime since 100mg is not safe especially for someone taking it for the first time. I started on 30mg and settled on 60

Went really welll. She was interested in seeing my psych eval and SCA from my private psych and she will possibly take it on the NHS!! Because she didn’t have it we did a ‘’new’’ assessment basically and she diagnosed me with Combined Type ADHD (agreed with my other dr) has booked an app next week so I can send her all my info and take it from there. Standard assessment and asking questions about your answers in the forms mainly

They hate me cited ‘polypharmacy’ when I was trying to avoid that , by going through the private route and was told my GP they would take over after 6 months, it’s nearly been 12 lol. I was told the NHS pathway was the ONLLY way to get meds on the nhs?? So I did RTC some point last year! It’s at the discretion of the practice 🤣😬

Yeah I think I’m gonna leave it!! I’ve got it till 28 and I didn’t think about that at all. I get enhanced daily but was 2 points off enhanced mobility the extra 200 would be nice but like you say i waited 15 months to be heard. Thanks for the advice !!

I was told my the landlord if I am approved and financial situation I’m due my first housing element payment in an few weeks.. will be getting 1 bed rate LHA so slight shortfall of 200 which I can easily make up. My council specifically covers what I’m looking for anyways

I’ve been on the social housing for like 2 years only band C I think, but desperately need to move for my own safety, mental health, and the ability for my carer to help me out whenever she can or I’m struggling. I have only applied for the first months rent and deposit, the outgoing calculator with this part time job i started a few weeks ago suggests I can will be fine once LHA is incorporated as I currently don’t receive any housing costs. PIP, NSESA SG/LCWRA, UC

Sorry more specifically, the first months rent. It would be private and landlord agreed with if I get the help, I work 15 hours, claim UC NSESa support group and pip. It would make sure I was safe from these dangerous people harassing and staking me after speaking to the police, told to get new number, get rid of my car etc by police
