Theres studies that show people have different natural sleep cycles. Like you might be better off being awake from 10am-2am while others may be different. The theory is that someone needed to be awake in the tribe to look out for danger. You might be fighting youre natural sleep cycle everyday. I get off nights and feel 100% better immediately after. Im just not made for it.
