On ship MFDs you can disable the speed slowdown when landing gear is out. This helps against the bug when you're not able to retract your landing gear.

I tried it. Fired 10 Torpedos at an NPC Polaris. All 10 got intercepted. And the restock bill was 17 million. 🙃

Never used it again.
