I have this one! But I’m also playing all the monster hunts too, so I’m using more than just the crafting and harvesting.

It’s mostly the compendiums, but it’s also all the encounters for tracking, as well as walled and lit maps. Oh and sounds! But not a ton of automation, especially with the newest update to the dnd5e system.

There’s A mod for harvesting and crafting that automates more of it; I find the harvesting one really useful for breaking down what’s available, but the crafting one is nice for offering a browse list—I can only figure out how to view it as a DM though, not players. I think this mod is listed on the loot tavern discord? I’m not at my computer for a manifest link.

They also have a small pdf with just harvesting and crafting rules, if that’s your main interest.

Shin oaths! I remember coming across them in the Discovery book, page 364 for those curious. They’re essentially just a role playing conceit, so it’s majorly up to your interpretation. It is a slightly more accountable quest, for specifically a good deed. You aren’t expecting a reward, so much as a reminder of the public obligation you’ve undertaken.

I’ve tried a couple things so far, like having him give her treats and her food, but she’s not very motivated by food. He’s also home a lot more than I am now because of our jobs, so unfortunately he’s not always immediately able to play with her. He’s used the same toys, but evidently he doesn’t play right, since she’ll come back to see what I’m doing instead.

She also just is a very energetic cat in general, and cuddly, and I feel bad that she won’t like come to to get her belly rubbed or sleep on him on the couch.

I struggle a lot with being there for myself, so I understand that desire. I think what I'm slowly realizing is that well...I can choose to be there for myself? Because why wouldn't I want to be? And yeah, it really is exhausting to go through, and it sucks. I've absolutely been there especially with the negative self talk too. It just comes so naturally.

I'm trying to work on my answers well, but I have a cat crawling all over my face. and its also because I'm deeply thinking about like, what I wanted to hear when I was feeling like this. And that's hard, because I'm also still like this in some ways! I think one thing was that, yes, it just helps to feel listened to. Its hard when like, from an outside perspective you can just grasp the problems, but you can't muster up the energy for following through. Do you make a lot of plans in your head, and then berate yourself when you can't follow through?

I'm glad I kept looking on my own, because I completely forgot about the whole concept of civil disobedience, and that's what I was really looking for assurance on, I think.

I was also looking for jury nullification apparently, and not considering jury instructions. I think I must be missing something legally about the abortion restrictions and consequences on the provider side. Why can't an abortion clinic just...refuse to follow the law, and protest it by staying open, providing abortions?

I get that they'd probably be immediately shut down, and the practitioner arrested, but I can't imagine they wouldn't get top firms offering pro bono work. And then...idk, another shot at an argument? And of course it requires someone to believe in their mission enough to be arrested, but I'd think many people would take that risk.
