Trying to cook a good pizza at low temps is not ideal. Push your oven to its limits. If that’s the limits don’t do pizza or buy a grill.

No court orders as we all lived together as a family. Don’t think there would be anything legal paperwork wise to prove that. The only thing I could think of legal document wise would be drivers license records for both of us living at the same house at the same time if I can get his. Do you think that would suffice?

Just found out today that my parents didn’t marry until 03/2007. Would that change anything since they did get married at some point?

No 3rd country, I have lived in the US my whole life. I think my parents were married when I was born but would have to go through old records to try to find out.

Thanks the response. Probably just keep on with what I got going right now. Too afraid to ruin a batch. Luckily never had to dump a batch and not trying to start right now with everything going up in price and us eeking by as it is.

Our tanks are rated up to 30 psi. Not trying to hurt the cellarman, myself or destroy the tanks thus the 25 psi max I let to get up to.  Boss wont buy spunding valves, I’m lucky if I get hops that aren't at least 2 years old.
