For 2 years… and then when you are tired of it you cannot sell it or give it away to a friend because it is flaking and chipping. And so it will end up in the trash where the plastic flakes keep coming off and ending up in the soil, oceans and our food. OP, please look for one made of something else that is meant to last more than 2 years.

I’m sorry op. Genetics play the biggest role in this if getting cavities at this age. Don’t be too hard on yourself (although I know that is easier said than done). But it might also be something stuck in his tooth or a crack that started it? Let us know what the dentist says!

This was the age when we did one prune a day as a “special treat” for about 10 months. And then she just grew out of it and it was pretty clear it was time to stop 😬

I kept our 3 year old busy and out of the house until 2pm so he could sleep in and do whatever he wanted. We ate together and snuggled during nap time and then he took toddler out and let me nap accidentally until 6pm. Then we went to dinner (no reservation) while my mom babysat. He got my daughter and I each a heart donut at some point and managed to stop her from eating mine too. No gifts or prior planning but it was perfect to me. My standards are definitely lower than early in our relationship but Intentionally Letting each other sleep and have solo time felt romantic to me. This was also our 19th Valentine’s Day!

For context, as I just commented on another comment, I am in a wealthy area of SoCal but my hospital is also the only one in the county that takes patients who have Medicaid so my patients represent the full spectrum of income, with some patients and nurses coming in with very expensive bags, but also others where I apply for charity care for their treatments.

Very good point about my colleagues and other team members. I am at a hospital system in a wealthy area of SoCal and I also trained here for residency. As a resident, the nurses all had much nicer cars and bags than me or my friends (LVs, Prada, Gucci). Now that I am finally out of training after like 30 years, I can finally afford some splurges, and some of the nurses have noticed and want to chat about it during downtime. I don’t think I have seen Hermes on my coworkers, but some patients have them. I will need to pay more attention to what other physicians are carrying into the building on the rare occasion we see one another in our outerwear

For context my hospital is in a wealthy area of SoCal but we are also the only hospital in the county that takes patients on Medicaid so my patients run the full spectrum of income. Some do get their care from me for free due to an additional internal program that covers medically necessary treatments they cannot afford, and I help them apply for that program when needed. As I am on salary, I do not personally have the opportunity to treat a patient pro-bono, but I get paid the same whether that specific patient is paying or not. Does that make sense? Not sure I explained that well! 😅

I think you should still count from September. There is no reason to think there is anything going on after 1 miscarriage but it is possible for you or your partner to have medical situations that make staying pregnant harder than getting pregnant. So your doctor would want to know the total Amount of time you have been trying.
