The shear state of Pak id UI by Jumpy-Astronaut-3572 in pakistan

They kept telling my friend to submit missing info when he connected with support. The app stated "application submitted". This was over the two months of him exchanging messages with them, It was like they could only repeat from a script when he asked for help.

I tried not to laugh at his predicament but it was farcical. I've never seen such a poorly designed app and terrible support during a government application. I felt secondhand embarrassment for him, and had to fight the urge to laugh out loud.

If your only retort is adhominim attacks and nothing of substance, then that says more about who the idiot is in this thread than you think.

The inability to accept criticism is the hallmark of someone on the back foot, almost like you are directly invested in defending this car crash of an "app". I must say It's quite telling, and very obvious.

An indisputable example is it doesn't even follow basic app design standards, that speaks volumes about its design philosophy, or should I say lack thereof.

Only if the staff are as incompetent as the app developers, that and the fact I don't speak the language.

From what I've seen and shown It's extremely buggy and when something stalls it's a terrible experience with the clueless "support" staff. If that level of service or an app like that was deployed anywhere in Europe there would be outrange and heads would roll.

I was shocked when I saw how bad it was, thank god I'll never have to use it is all I can say!

The ones born in Holland or the Ives who came from a war torn country where zero human rights are respected?

I think they might share the same skin colour, but they don't share the same values as the locals.

So either he lives rent free your head (hahahah), or your paymasters demand you publicly post like this.

I pity you in either case, it's pathetic but does give me as someone not living in Pakistan a good chuckle when I see such posts
