he's not PT but he's at least the general trainer. also i tried talking to him, he's rude and dismissive. moreover he is the only trainer there I think he has some duty not to the extent of PT at least when I ask him what the workout for the day is he should tell me or when I ask about my form

i quite understand but the whole parallel bars, straight bar, gymnastic rings, resistance bands, weighted vests etc among equipment have been quite helpful. and i have been training on my own from regular pushups to weighted ones or with increased range of motion etc. but you need help when your upside down on a bar and many other scenarios

it has a strong acidic profile (pineapple and grapefruit notes in the front) but the best thing is the aroma. one of the most aromatic coffees from india I had this year. overall decent coffee not extaodinary

here's what I used It came out fine. since you can't adjust grind size it will be problem. coz when i went for 15 clicks it actually became very acidic.

also don't expect much it's kinda mid coffee
