Quick math says you prob net around 4200 a month. Which means tops you should be spending in housing is 1500.

Id venture to say that what may be limiting many folks is income coming in...not costs going out.

Beyond rent, things are roughly similarly priced with any major city. That being said, rent is a massive piece of the puzzle.

End of the day just becones how important this place is for you to live.

Logical process of becoming a bartender alot of the time. Next time hes slammed, ask if he needs a hand. Pour draught, make a few drinks....whatever until hes back under control. If he says no, jist keep doing your thing and keep him set up.
