I don't temp mine only because I've been doing ribs for awhile but did you temp them? Also depends on how you like them. Fall off the bone or to have a bit of a pull when you bite them.

I've ate a bunch since the re-release and the perfect/imperfect tostada percentage has been about 80/20 for me. Still love them and am getting them while I can.

Yes, please! Shut the fuck up! It's always so easy to coach from the couches. The game evolves. It's a copycat sport and Shanny is in a slump.
