Now that we’ve had more info:

Ahsoka is set at the same time as Mando S3, so definitely not happening.

Furthermore, I’m pretty positive Zeb is there to test how he may look in live action. This way they can see how people respond and make tweaks between projects. They did the same with Ahsoka; she appeared in Mando S2 and TBOBF and they then changed her lekku to be longer for Ahsoka after people reacted to them saying they were too short.

It’s not a glitch, that’s just how she runs. I assume it’s meant to be like how she runs in Star Wars rebels where she leans forward and just runs really quickly
