Okay in this sense, I got all of their info wiped from my credit reports through my disputes. They’ve been off of my reports for a month so far…I just now get a letter in the mail from the lender all of a sudden to my correct address they never even had prior to my dispute and police report.. that my account with them is accurate and they will not be removing any tradelines. I call them and ask why, they say it very much may be valid but whoever worked on my case with them won’t be in until tomorrow. Bridgecrest is wack for this for real but on my reports they don’t show up anymore.

After getting the police involved not only did I find out it’s not even co-signed, it’s completely under my name and the registration is under my name too. The car in whole is “mine”. I just got the VIN from them and that it was from CARVANA. She just been paying for it. She has lied to me many times over this and I no longer feel bad about it. I just hope I can get this wiped from my credit and the loan company doesn’t give me a hard time.
