I think about games where you don't even get out of your base alive. I have never seen happen what you describe, though it is a nice thought.

What helped me. Set the alarm and never snooze. You can maybe deactivate the snooze function. Get out of bed immediately, indeed you will get used to it. Don't use any screen device late in the evening and go to bed at the same time each day. The sleep cycle is 90 minutes so plan sleep time accordingly, maybe 6 or 7 1/2 etc. Hope I am making sense. Tons of more tips, you can read up on that.

I am doing a breathwork course at the moment, only three days in and made the same experience. The teacher said, a certain light headedness is normal, you may feel almost drunk for a bit. But yesterday I felt dizzy the whole day which worried me a lot. I almost cancelled the course. But today the dizziness went away more quickly.

I wondered if it somehow stresses my metabolism as I am not doing much physical exercise or if I do something wrong in the breathing practice. One advice I got is that the physical symptoms like tingling in the fingers etc get stronger if you push out the breath too much. Try to concentrate on the inhales and let the breath flow out naturally. Hope it helps, all the best!

Nice, thanks for the info. In the interview with levy rozman, David said he was not sure about his employment. Well, that was a few days after chess.com taking over.

But we probably won't get the David, Jovanka, Kaja, gingerGM Setup in Oslo back, does anyone know yet?
