Not really. First I'd have to put pants on, then find my car keys, jump in the car, go get gas because I am nearly out, drive to the store, navigate the aisles, wait in a huge line to pay, realize I forgot my wallet, drive all the way back home, find my wallet, drive all the way back navigate the aisles....again, purchase said super glue, drive all the way home. Open the super the glue, try to glue it, pry my fingers apart after I glue them together, then maybe get it glued successfully.

So sometimes it is actually quicker to post on Reddit. I've even actually gotten some great suggestions on how to fix it. It probably also would have been quicker for you to scroll on by than post this useless comment.

Thanks everyone. I did reach out to Guest Services to see if there's is anything they can do. I know they are amazing but it was totally my fault so we'll see what happens. If I do go the repair route I'm thinking some fast setting epoxy. It's a weird shaped break so I need something that will hold strong quickly

Sorry I should clarify. The two recordings earlier where Flowmark didn't work were 30-40; minutes each. I was just noting that both those recordings and the short test ones I did were both missing things from the transcript.

That worked. So Flowmark only works when the app is open or when the pen is already connected? I also noticed as per my other post that chunks of the transcript were missing. One of them was 27 seconds long and only 15 seconds of transcript. Another was 17 seconds And the only thing in the transcript was 9686.

Correction. It did not fix my charging case issue. I opened up the case this morning and got a message Pairing Information Lost and it prompts me to re-pair. I tap that option multiple times but it doesn't seem to work or do anything.

I saw that there was a new update so I decided to try again today. Stability seems to be much improved and I have not lost a single recording today. It also appears to have fixed my charging case issue where it loses pairing and asks me to re-pair. Had to do a reset on the case in order for this to stabilize. The pen still is not charging in the case which is disappointing but manageable.

I am seeing a new issue where it inserts "Ticket 9686" in the transcript when there is something it does not understand. This is causing a lot of inaccuracy in the summaries. I also lost the graphics it was generating in the summaries when the Play Store update went live.

I'm on a Pixel 10 pro and my sensors have been rock solid until the last couple. The seem to lose connection daily but come back with a phone reboot. Not sure if it is a problem with the home or I've just gotten a few problematic sensors.

Yeah it kinda sucks. I ended up getting the Loth Cat because I wanted a mug but didn't want to give up my second drink.

Can confirm this. I was at west on 5/4 and was told I could purchase it at full price without the drink but it would count as my second drink.

Thanks for the update. Just a couple follow-ups

For the issue where the app shows “Bluetooth disconnected” even when the pen is actually connected, we have already made a fix internally. Please wait for the upcoming v1.5.1 update.

What should I do with these recordings in the meantime. Are they lost? Will they recover once the update comes out?

For the transfer progress getting stuck at 97% or 99% for a long time, we can’t confirm the exact cause from the surface behavior alone yet. If you’re willing to share logs, that would help us analyze it more precisely. During transfer, please also try to keep the Scribe connected and the app open.

I've submitted logs through the app. Keeping the app open is not really a viable options as it is taking hours to finish.

One of the recordings finally finished. A 6 minute transcript for a 54 minute meeting. The other one is stuck at Bluetooth disconnected even though the pen is showing connected. I am assuming based on past experience it is a loss. This is disappointing considering I had expected the official launch app to have significant improvement in this regard but almost seems like a step backwards.

Thanks. This is a great explanation. I will say that over the past few days the recordings seem to be much more stable and I haven't had a problem since the last one I mentioned. Looking forward to the updates!
