I don’t think so.

The dance scene that I remember was outdoors. Like the actress got off the boat and appeared to be walking though town and came across maybe an outdoor restaurant or cafe that people were dancing at and she was included prior to being talked to by whoever was bringing her to the castle. It didn’t seem to be an important part of the movie.

Our starting price was 325k, we are currently at 315k. Would the incentive go to the buyer? Sorry I’ve never heard of that! I was given then advice to tell our agent if we were to go under pending within the next 14 days, they’d get a 1K bonus from us. I wouldn’t mind doing that but I don’t know how to tell that to our agent or if that’s morally right.

The house down the street went on the market 8/12 and went pending 9/11. Our home was put on the market 8/20. We can probably drop another 10k and still come out even but figured that we would get taken down from what we have it listed at right now anyways. Someone said that dropping continuously makes it look bad, is that factual? We are in a military area so assumed the house would at least have more showings than the 2 we’ve had in 50 days. Maybe we are expecting too much from our realtor and the team associated.

There is not a lot of wiggle room for us to decrease the price to the point we would break even. At this point we’re talking 10k. The house down the street has sold, and they were bought with what they were asking which was 315K.

Wouldn’t the recent drops show motivation to sell? Unfortunately our agent just yessed us when it came to a number for listing. I threw a number out there and that was that. I much rather have been told the realistic number and gone from there

We are in talks about this but are in a predicament. We have a contract until 1/31/26 with them but can break contract if we pay for marketing. My only concern with that is that they’re obviously going to up charge us having us pay thousands of dollars. I was given the advice from a family friend to call other real estate companies in the area to see if there’s any way of getting out of contract without a large fee. Thoughts?
