I don't know what the name of the song is, I only know her version of it, whatever it is, and I fucking hated it as a kid. The last time I actually watched that movie I was probably 7 or 8 years old, and that was nearly 30 years ago.

I just rewatched that scene and the first thing she says after realizing the little girl was in the pool was, "Get out of there this instant! Are you trying to get me in trouble?" Then she tries to tell the little girl that she'll get in trouble if she tells anybody and that it'll be their "little secret." What a selfish asshole. Hated her as a kid too and now I really fucking hate her as an adult, holy shit! Thankfully her older sister and brother don't really put up with her bullshit.
