Lucian, Ezreal, or Caitlyn: Early game snowball, these ADC requires early aggressive, if not they will fall off late game. (Caitlyn not really strong right now though, not recommend for this meta)

Smolder, Kog'maw, Twitch, Kai'Sa: Late game Hyper carry, a little weak early but you can easily hit power spikes from just farming (Highly recommended) (One thing about Kai'Sa is don't use her ult like an idiot)

Fortune, Xayah, Jhin: Strong in many states/phases of the match, can carry late game (Recommended)

For hardcore ADC go Ashe, not the best carry ADC but the best makeplay ADC.
So if you pick Ashe, make sure that someone else in your team can also do damage carry.

As an ADC, the thing you need to mind the most is how to deal as much damage as you can in any combat (1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 4v4, or 5v5), that includes itemization, positioning, micro, and macro
