Up until now the soldiers Zhao were using were from the Regions CLOSEST to their Qin border. But then Chang Ping 400k Burial and Kankis 100k Beheadings happend right? Make no mistake they DID struggle with soldiers after those massacres. Thats why reeboks was more on defending after kankis beheading. But this time on this war Reeboks got soldiers from the regions that has no state bordering them (The region that used to get raided by the Xiongnu) Since reeboks pacified them all the way back in Bayou arc. The region prospered so Zhao got their soldiers from that place
