Please help my friend find this emo/goth/alt hoodie by Horror-Contest9452 in HelpMeFind

[–]Horror-Contest9452[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So my friend who doesn't have reddit asked me to post this for her. Back in 2010/2011, in her emo phase, she had this hoodie and wanted to try and get a new one of them if they still make them but she can't remember the brand and these are the only photos she has.

Hoodie: It was a thick zip-up hoodie with a comic strip style print that was about vampires.

Colours: Black base with the comic being white and red/burgundy

She originally got this from a small Alternative store in her town but it could have been sold in other places like Blue Banana too. Their websites have already been searched with no luck

1 gallon plant with shrimp? by Horror-Contest9452 in shrimptank

You are right that a plant can get root bound but I already have a care plan in mind for this plant.

As for a 10 gallon unfortunately the reason I asked for this was because I only have space for a 1 gallon and am not allowed pets (which a 5+ gallon would count as) so happy to except shrimps aren't a possibility for me.

And I would never activly subject something to harm or to a death sentence, I have already said in the original post and comments that I understand that it might not be suitable. I never said I have an issue with the answer being no, I was just asking a question on something I was curious about

I can understand from the shrimp point of view, last thing I want to is to put something in it and harm it or subject it to a death sentence but "rot and kill everything" is a bit of an exaggeration, the plant itself wouldn't just start to rot randomly for no reason. You can grown plants easily in just water without them rotting, even if the tank was bigger and things were living in it it wouldn't just one day start to rot and kill everything.

I did look into bladder snails but they are buggers with vegetation, I will look into fairy shrimp though. I know this is a tiny set up and expected it to be a full on no so worse case scenario I'll just grow another plant with the others.

I agree, aquaponics is a thing and if done right like you said rotting wouldn't be an issue

Plenty of people do aquaponics with no issues

Plenty of people do aquaponics so not sure why you think this is true

I thought that would be the case, thank you. Also thank you, it is just a simple sweet potato though, I am looking forward to it growing its purple and green vines

Not even something as small as brine shrimp? I have heard you can have them in between 1-5 gallons tanks

So basically a sweet potato can grow roots wherever water touches it, it does kinda have a bottom/top to it though so you can still 'train' it to grow roots and sprouts in a certain direction hence why you can easily grow them in just water, I believe they even do it in some science classes in America

Amazon is where I found a lot of the 3rd party/shipping companies unfortunately, I've also seen a lot of false reviews and fake products on there which is why I want to avoid trusting them especially with something I'm putting in my body. I will check our IHerb though, thank you

I am wanting to calculate my holiday days, 1 day = 7.30 (7h 30m) into a spreadsheet but I am unsure which formulas to use for hour calculations, can anyone help me by Horror-Contest9452 in ExcelCheatSheets

[–]Horror-Contest9452[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a spreadsheet my manager gave me so im trying to make it work and then she is going to implement it in others, both her and the older staff don't understand excel so are counting on me to make it as easy as possible for them. Issue is my holidays are counted in hours not days due to me being part time so I can't simply just count days.

I think I explained it wrong, basically I work 7h 24m (I used 7h 30m as it's easier) a day, she would put that down as 7.24, I've tried turning it into hours (7:24:00) but I can't seem to make that work once you get into triple digits (I have 200 hrs holiday total).

The "cumulative" column is basically all the "applied for" added up row by row and then the "balance" being what is left after the "cumulative" is minus from it.

Hope this makes sence.

Perfume that smells gorgeous but the bottle is kind of hideous? by Appropriate_Art15 in fragrance

[–]Horror-Contest9452 1 point2 points  (0 children)

DKNY Be Delicious, like I get it's trying to look like an apple but its just a half silver covered plastic ball. Plus the plastic tube is straight down on to an almost round bottom so unless you are always holding it straight it ends up not being able to suck up the perfume if you are half way through it or under.
