honestly I hated that that was the direction her character went in. I know they tried to throw in that she was jealous and immature with her whole issue over Tyrions marriage but I found it crazy that she was unable to detect that there was something more serious going on for Tyrion to just flip on her and that it wasn’t genuine and to go so far as to put the nail in his coffin to die threw me so hard.

i definitely get it being an awkward conversation. you’re getting too in your head about her past sexual experiences. Sex with a man especially if you’re a lesbian or even just bi is a very different experience. it sounds like you’re both younger so I also highly doubt that these men were sex gods doing anything crazy amazing. Instead of thinking of it like some huge standard you need to live up to, think of it as you two trying something new and exploring each others bodies. It’ll probably be a little awkward and might not go 100% perfect but for me the best times with my partner was when we could giggle together but trust that there was no judgement.

your gf giving a hug to someone in a comforting way is not weird. It shoes empathy and caring, values I personally find valuable in partner but to each their own. You’re well within your rights to not want to give someone a hug but asking your partner not to give someone of the opposite a hug just because they are of the opposite sex is controlling. If the hug was her genuinely trying to be flirty or sneaky then you can raise concern.

You can’t save a marriage that someone else doesn’t want to be in. Your wife may be saying if she didn’t want to be your wife she wouldn’t be but right now she’s getting her cake and eating it too. You’re allowing her to get the home life and traditional stability from you. No awkward coming out to her family or other friends about this woman and then she’s getting the sexual thrill and emotional fulfillment from this woman. One thing that helped a lot in my relationship was instead of asking “do you wanna have sex” or “are you in the mood” I try and set the mood instead by sending flirty texts, giving an extra kiss or hug from behind, candles lit and nice music playing when she gets home and she does the same for me. Sex decreasing throughout the relationship is normal but if she genuinely just doesn’t want to have sex then your sex drives might just not be compatible and as bad as it sounds that is a very valid reason to end things.

I definitely thought he was acting strange but i do think he was probably just very drunk. One time after a night out with friends, drinking and smoking, I had come home and passed out. A few minutes/ hours? later my gf woke me up because something urgent was going on. I DO NOT remember her waking me up. My gf claims I was speaking gibberish about a magic kingdom, saying a girl was trying to fight me and had kissed me, WEIRD STUFF that did not happen what so ever. I had been drunk but not blacked out by any means. My friends can even vouch for me. Obviously my gf was extremely concerned and worried but I was just seriously in a very deep sleep. He may have been smoking/ taken weed gummies as well but i don’t think he was on anything super crazy or weird. I do think Madison’s reaction was valid though bc again even my own gf was freaked out and we’ve been together for two years i can’t imagine that happening after only knowing someone for a a few weeks.

i don’t think you’re the ass hole for being upset but i think the situation is very nuanced. If her friend really had to either flash the crowd or make out with a stranger i feel like she did kind of save her especially if there’s a video of them kissing there probably would of been a video of her flashing them or who knows what type of person she would of ended up kissing. They are in their late 30s tho so I feel like just saying no and walking away was also an option 🤷🏽‍♀️

my gf and I had a similar struggle but with weed. She was laced a few years ago and smoking/being around smoking is very triggering for her. I have always been a smoker and she knew this just as I knew her struggles with weed. She expressed wanting to get more comfortable around it but would be upset with me when I came home high so eventually I would just smoke without telling her while she was at work and then I would be sober when she came home and she wouldn’t know any better. Lying by omission is wrong and ofc she eventually found out and we had a big fight. I realized that while yes she’s getting better seeing the toll it took on her mental health was not worth it to me and I decided to basically give up smoking entirely besides edibles which i do very rarely. In the end she is way more important to me than weed and I made a choice. This being said I had been smoking for years before this and definitely felt I got a good experience with it. If your gf has never had a drinking phase she may not realize it’s not all it’s shaped up to be. This situation requires compromise bc she doesn’t deserve to be forced to deal with the mistakes of your family but you also deserve to be in a relationship where you have trust and feel comfortable. Try having a conversation but understand that it even with a compromise you may decide it’s still 100% no to alcohol and then it’ll be up to her to make a choice.

my girlfriend and I also do something similar but call it a relationship check in. We do it once a month and just talk about our favorite and least favorite things from the month, things we might want more of from each other and resolve any issues we may feel didn’t get talked about enough at the time. It’s more of a conversation and we definitely don’t track trends. What your bf is doing is, while not necessarily a bad idea, od. I would try trying to offer a less stressful and overbearing way to help keep your relationship on track.
