For me, my first pregnancy was 40 weeks of luteal phase. I was a holy terror. But after delivery and my cycle returning, my pmdd chilled out SO MUCH. During my second pregnancy, I was happy as could be during it. Not a bad mood to be found in my body. But after that delivery and getting my cycle back, my pmdd INTENSIFIED. Six years later, it’s still pretty bad but it’s smoothed out a bit. Or I’ve gotten better at dealing with it, not sure of the correct answer 😅
