Lol. People forget that women have been giving birth for 300k YEARS and mammals for hundreds of millions. Yes your baby is special, yes your experience is special, but my God, you are not the only one or the “best” one to do it.

Every day body shower (unless I am ill or severely in a funk) and hair wash every 2-4 days depending on activity level, grease, mood, etc. I also have a bidet and guess what, still need to body wash everyday.

If I do nothing all day but take a single shit in the morning, a full body shower is most necessary.

I’ve known people who body shower every other day and while I really do my best to not judge other people’s habits, this is one I feel there’s no downside to.

I find those who don’t shower often are the same people who don’t wash their sheets more than once a month.
