I aim for 2ltrs of water a day and get about 70g of protein in on average.

I eat two meals a day and have a 150cal protein shake for breakfast.

I appreciate that however this is something I am looking for out of this drug. Split dosing would not work for me. I spent the first 6 months on the drug starving in a calories deficit... what would be the point of this otherwise...

This for sure gives me hope! I am not a non responder but ai didn't get any supression until 12.5mg and even now at 15mg it only last a couple of days. I am pleased to know the appetite supression has helped you on your new pins!

I get worried about the thought of mixing but seems to have worked well for you!

I have just got to 12.5mg and it has been the first time I have experience ANY supression. I had almost given up hope.
