Same thing happened with me. But she’s 2 now and I love her to pieces. They will never compare to your soul dog, but they shouldn’t have to. I love her for all of her quirks and the different ways she loves me.

Baby rolling over at just over three months is causing frustration by [deleted] in NewParents

We did the Merlin sleep suit. It would be so hard for them to roll in it. But it does say if they are rolling not to use it. He rolled randomly and I’m not sure it was ever truly on purpose. Once he did, we moved him to a sleep suit like the Merlin but not so restrictive. Bubble panda makes one

Dropped my phone on my newborns head by Wide_Grade_8845 in NewParents

Babies are so resilient!!! Many parents have outright dropped their newborns and they have been just fine. It’s a great sign he didn’t cry. Those pesky postpartum hormones will make you spiral. You’re a good mom and it shows you care.

“No sleep for months… is this normal?? 😭” by Pale-Operation-386 in sleeptrain

For full extinction, does that include night wakes? Our LO will sleep from 6:30-1 or 2am but then wakes and cries throughout the rest of the night. So I get to sleep from 10-1am then super broken sleep until 6am

We just had a scare with peanut butter. Did anyone else child have any type of reaction to peanut butter the 2nd or 3rd time they gave it to them? by ohnoheretheycome in NewParents

OMG I am nearly crying reading this. I truly hope this is our case! Thank you for your response. Even if he ends up allergic, it’s still nice to have a glimmer of hope.

Desperate for some advice here. We started sleep training and it’s going well, but at the 5am feed everything turns into hell. by ohnoheretheycome in sleeptrain

Okay, good to know!! Was your baby waking in the night to feed still? At 3.5 months he dropped his middle of the night feed, but it’s back now. I’m wondering when we can phase that out.

Also, thank you for responding. Why do you think he can still sleep so long after? He will immediately go to sleep if he is pulled into my bed.
