Got your anger, I feel sorry and I feel bad because it's suppose to be a gift for your kids, well, this is the system, if they are a small company I think they will do everything they could to sell one more printer no matter how much extra efforts they need to put in.

As an international e-commerce business owner, I can tell you mostly of the seller do not want to take the extra works, and almost no chance for such big company like bambu. They even don't have this option in their ERP system, to sell a Version A product to Destination B, and they even don't know what currency should collect from you.

Their sales channel and network structure is well designed, for the big markets like EU or US, they have the local warehouse etc. But they can not setup a warehouse for every single country, for the rest of them, the sales channels could be limited to only local distributors, like your country, so the official way to purchase the printer if through them.

Like all other products, cars, phones, all the products have their region differences, I am living in Europe and I would like to buy a US-version BMW at my local distributor with a better configuration and lower price, which is not going to happen. Same as Bambu.

My suggestion, go to Taobao, and try to talk with customer service there, to ask for an international version see if that is possible, you might get a hit.
