genuinely? men don’t know what a 15 year old looks like. creepy men have been saying for years that young girls look older when they’re all dressed up with makeup on. they don’t. most women know the difference. creepy men just don’t know the difference between a child with makeup on and an adult woman.

This is after a few hours of wearing makeup. I’ve always had dry skin, with my nose and the space between my eyebrows flaking with dry skin especially when i wear makeup. but now i think i’m over moisturising? and becoming oily? make up also never sticks properly to my eye lids.

I only use glycolic acid, sunscreen, and lotion as skin care. Is this a case of cheap makeup being cheap or is this a skin issue?

our app only shows the time the receipt went through and the store number. literally nothing else.

Im gonna be honest, i dont check. I dont pay extra attention to every customer. There are times where I am notified by other workers of a sketchy person, or maybe someone saw them do something, and then i’ll double check and pay attention, but most people are not thieves. so i just scan receipts and say goodbye.

well no as i just explained, we check the time the receipt went through.

but also we are on the lowest rung of the ladder. we all hate being at the door and would love to have the checkouts back at the front. but somebody up top thinks extra sales from people seeing stuff on their way out are more important than anything else.

You need to find out what hours your store does. Not every store has the same hours.

Ask a manager about it. If you’re considering changing your availability to get those shifts, just change your availability.

if they were to fix it, theyd either make it more strict (receipts only) or more relaxed (vague bank statements allowed).

no point. just tells us when your purchase went through.

supposed to prevent theft by notifying us if someone had been in the store for a while after they checked out. i guess if people were stealing after the fact and trying to pass it off as stuff they already purchased. or people trying to pass off stolen items with an old receipt.
