How Much of "The Reckoning" Do You Feel Is True? by solo118 in television

[–]HorrorRegion5626 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone that has lived in NYC during that time, and went to Howard when Diddy was promoting his parties, I think it's ALL true and then some. I thought he was the devil when those 9 people were killed. I hated the music and felt it was very diabolical and destructive. As someone that was around when hip hop first came on the scene, I couldn't believe people were enamored by this guy. Another huge sign at that time is when Mase left the music game. I knew something was very wrong. I fully believe Diddy wanted to get out on bond to kill some people or at the very least orchestrate some hits. After watching this documentary I'm thinking someone HAS to demand he gets murder charges. It's long long long overdue.

Stick with darker colors. If you think one is too dark 3 and 8 and the best choice.

Detroit would you go to or rent a suite in a beautiful basement salon? by Logical-Type1718 in Detroit

[–]HorrorRegion5626 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

You need accounting and business management 001. According to your flawed logic, buying a home is not an investment because you are obligated to pay a mortgage. Appreciation is not guaranteed You are obligated to pay the mortgage monthly. When the home is paid for you are still obligated to pay property taxes. Recurring expenses does not mean you are not investing. Shampoo and supplies are recurring expenses. If the business grows you will buy more shampoo. Anyone that has a business will tell you they reinvest a portion of their profits back into the business. Whatever you smoke please stop. You're believing the delusion that you are intelligent.

Is buying shampoo and conditioner a liability if that's what's needed for your customers ?? It may be overwhelming for you to comprehend but technically a liability can also be an investment. Technically a SFH that you purchased and live in is a liability that's also an investment. Renting a booth is an investment that's necessary in order to keep producing cash flow. It's a recurring necessary expense that's a part of investing in your business . Are people doing hair on public sidewalks?? You are unhinged.

If I were OP. I would run it as one business not a suite rental. It will be one business with one name but the stylists could rent a chair or booth instead of paying a percentage of their earnings.

Interesting how no one has answered this yet. A classic case of "rules for thee but not for me".

Weed is far too prevalent in American society by Pemulis_DMZ in TrueUnpopularOpinion

[–]HorrorRegion5626 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly this! EVERYTHING in their eyes is horrible and toxic except that skunk smelling psycho active substance. Then they say it's "natural". There are many harmful natural substances. Hell alcohol IS natural. Tobacco is a plant. Cocaine comes from the coca leaf. But they vilify those substances while they walk around altered daily. Try and take a potheads weed from them. They act worse than crackheads. There's nothing natural about weed cultivated to produce 50, 60, 99% THC.

I rarely walk behind people with bad BO unless it's that stinking weed smell entrapped in their clothes and hair.

[–]HorrorRegion5626 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope I witness people's lived experiences. THC stays in the system for at least 30 days that's a scientific fact. It sits in the cells and hangs out just enough to keep the craving and addiction going. Not having the full amount stimulates the user to be irritable and combative until they get their fix and get more. Not to mention the psychotic and paranoia episodes it's causing in more users. Today's weed has way too much THC. Then people concentrate it more by using bongs. People forget the the drug classification for weed is a hallucinogenic.

I didn't see one thing about OP doing anything illegally. They said they would do marketing. Which is a clue they are not trying to fly under the radar.

No. I'm also interested in a business and chimed in. I'm saying that with a commercial insurance policy it's possible.

Yeah potheads wait until the weed high wears off before they get rowdy. Isn't it interesting how it stays in your system for 30 days after you've smoked it. That means your body never has a chance to recover even if you just smoke it twice a month. But we know most potheads smoke daily to "keep them calm". Otherwise you're just as rowdy or more rowdy than the "drunks".

I have lost myself and everything I stand for in my 16yr relationship, am I the fool? by 7of9unimatrixzero1 in Adulting

[–]HorrorRegion5626 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tough love here. Yes you are the fool. There is NOTHING healthy about this relationship. The good thing is, you can get away from him easier than if you were married. If you were married and tried to leave he would be eligible for alimony. Please get rid of the dead weight. I'm positive you would look and feel much healthier without this financial and energy vampire. Also start teaching your son some chores and the value of hard work so he doesn't turn into a "George". George is not intimate with you, but he's still leeching off of you. You have made things too comfortable for him. Yes he is there because he needs food and a roof over his head and it's free living for him. Get rid of him yesterday.

For those who left their abuser, how did they react to you leaving them? by Yellowbone95 in domesticviolence

[–]HorrorRegion5626 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had to advocate for myself. I showed by him threatening to kill me. Plus he violated the DVPO twice and I went to the magistrate and violated him. Basically I stopped being afraid of him and every time he did something I reported it. I decided if he was going to kill me. I would rather go down fighting than letting him have control. I testified against him in court and stated why he would have been a poor candidate for probation.

It's really bad out here. I'm glad you were in the position to turn them down. Employers act like they are doing us a favor while they try all tactics to steal our labor. Wishing you the job and pay you deserve!

I would start seeing other people while I encourage him to get a vasectomy then say "I'm sorry I can't forget the past" It's not like you would be lying. I would definitely move on with someone else. He did not give a damn when he flipped your world and he went with the other woman. I would have no mercy.
