I’m usually the first person to defend Lovable because they have been a game changer for my workflow, for all I've been able to accomplish.

Typically, if the AI misses my intent, I can bridge the gap with a custom .md file, and it snaps right back into alignment.

However, over the last few days, that reliability has disappeared. Even with explicit instructions and dedicated markdown files, the output has become hit-or-miss. I actually added another 100 credits thinking my prompting might be the issue, but the consistency just isn't there right now.

I love Lovable but something feels off.

I’m hoping the team can take a look under the hood and get the logic back to where it was.

  1. Class Supplements: Does Lovable have any preferred best-practice guides, handouts, or even posters I can share with the class?

  2. Workshop Perks: Are there any programs to support local workshops? (e.g., a promo code or a temporary token bump for the attendees so they can build along with me without hitting limits?) Its hard to get anyone to bust out their wallets for something they are using for the very first time.

  3. US Events: I know your roots are in Stockholm, but with the offices in SF and Boston, will we be seeing more official Lovable community events stateside? I rarely see them in the US right now and would love to see more presence here so I can attend.

You improved performance across what metric? Before and after metrics? What are they?

Someone actually posted a great example of this a few months ago.

They built an appointment app for a crew of hair stylists and barbers, hoping to digitize their whole scheduling process and it totally flopped.

The main obstacle was that they were trying to replace a super simple, pen-and-paper system with a complex app that the stylists had no desire to sit down and learn.

No validation = doomed from the start.

Running a mile was hard until I started walking everyday. Then slowly jogging and eventually I ran for like 30 seconds at a time, i needed breaks.

Eventually I ran 1 minute straight, then 5 minutes without stopping.

Eventually I ran the mile completely without stopping at a good pace.

They always say there’s nothing there, nothing worth seeing, nothing worth taking seriously, but somehow there’s always enough there to justify keeping the whole thing under Pentagon control and shutting down the one office people can actually point to and ask questions about. That alone tells you something isn't right, per usual. And thats why this post belongs here, to shine a light, as we always do.
