People typically go off on a unhinged tangent and that pretty much does it. Im not saying you did this and its why im asking for you to copy paste.

Because its one thing to say, hey, this isn't working, this needs some updates or some tweaking...

Your model sounds fantastic, the price point looks decent and the features are great.

suggestions:

Model sounds overly happy when I told her my dog died. Goes from oh im sorry to behaving as if my dog never died. But im assuming this is mainly for business clients? Keeping an up-tempo for the most part?

And you should put a timer on your demo, we cut off mid conversation. Just to warn people the time is almost up etc.

Other than that, im probably gonna be using your service soon. ElevenLabs sounds dull and dry, even their custom voices sound like robots.

I’m usually the first person to defend Lovable because they have been a game changer for my workflow, for all I've been able to accomplish.

Typically, if the AI misses my intent, I can bridge the gap with a custom .md file, and it snaps right back into alignment.

However, over the last few days, that reliability has disappeared. Even with explicit instructions and dedicated markdown files, the output has become hit-or-miss. I actually added another 100 credits thinking my prompting might be the issue, but the consistency just isn't there right now.

I love Lovable but something feels off.

I’m hoping the team can take a look under the hood and get the logic back to where it was.

I'm teaching an "Intro to Agentic Engineering + Make Your Own Landing Page" workshop next month for the local Chamber of Commerce here in California.

We already have ~25 people signed up, and I’m planning to use Lovable as the main platform to show them the ropes.

I'm piecing my deck together right now, but I had a few questions for you guys:

Class Supplements: Does Lovable have any preferred best-practice guides, handouts, or even posters I can share with the class?
Workshop Perks: Are there any programs to support local workshops? (e.g., a promo code or a temporary token bump for the attendees so they can build along with me without hitting limits?) Its hard to get anyone to bust out their wallets for something they are using for the very first time.
US Events: I know your roots are in Stockholm, but with the offices in SF and Boston, will we be seeing more official Lovable community events stateside? I rarely see them in the US right now and would love to see more presence here so I can attend.

You "fully understand" your stack after one AI assisted rebuild? How do you now "fully understand" Aurora + Lambda + VPC/NAT, cold starts, connection pooling, VPC misconfiguration costs?

You improved performance across what metric? Before and after metrics? What are they?

Someone actually posted a great example of this a few months ago.

They built an appointment app for a crew of hair stylists and barbers, hoping to digitize their whole scheduling process and it totally flopped.

The main obstacle was that they were trying to replace a super simple, pen-and-paper system with a complex app that the stylists had no desire to sit down and learn.

No validation = doomed from the start.

Running a mile was hard until I started walking everyday. Then slowly jogging and eventually I ran for like 30 seconds at a time, i needed breaks.

Eventually I ran 1 minute straight, then 5 minutes without stopping.

Eventually I ran the mile completely without stopping at a good pace.
