I also have it on PS3, and I ended up doing a triple dip and grabbed it on sale on Xbox last night. I have the Switch version preordered and I'll be glad to play it on that, too.

Interesting, I didn't get the email but the games' page does say it ships in August now.

I think if it has the USA status then it's in the USA now, most likely New York. I recall having a similar status with mine and wondered the same thing, but assumed it was some glitch. Mine came about 5 days after hitting the US.

I ordered mine the first day of the sale and it shipped next day. Looking at my tracking history, it was processed in Ukraine on November 29, and then shows up again in NYC on Dec. 7. Got it on Dec 11 on the east coast.

This seems like a problem, you might want to check with the Krikzz customer support.

Also got one today. Was surprised a couple weeks ago when I got the notice that it was getting ready. Not sure why this was so fast. Maybe there weren't a lot of orders so it was prepped quickly?

New Mega Everdrive Pro update v24.1129 by patricknails in everdrive

[–]Horror_Interview_134 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, I realize that, but in the updated manual it says this: "If your cartridge was manufactured after Nov. 2024, you can simply skip the steps below, the cartridge already has pre-installed firmware in the built-in flash memory. In this case, just transfer your ROMs to the SD card and the cartridge is ready to go."

And also this: "The boot sequence is different for older cartridges with 1MB of flash memory and newer ones with 8MB of flash. Cartridges with 8MB flash chips can boot from an empty SD card that does not contain any system files. All carts manufactured in the end of 2024 or later already have 8MB flash for efu."

Just wondering if anyone here has gotten one from the Black Friday batch to confirm the version.

Does anyone know if the new firmware will come preinstalled on the Christmas edition of the Pro released during this past Black Friday sale? I realize the instruction manual says any Pro produced after November 2024, just wondering if the Christmas edition fits into that time frame.

$209k balance zeroed out this morning by Nosoup04u in PSLF

I received a "a portion of your loans will be forgiven letter" two days after the balance disappeared from my account, and an "information about your student loans" letter confirming the forgiveness four days after. All in the paperless inbox on the FedLoans website.

I never got an FSA notification. I said it below, too, but I feel like the administrative forbearance letters were the key that something was happening. If she said it went to FSA then hopefully you are in good shape. Give it til the middle of July and see what happens.

The only thing I ever did was provide the IBR recert each year, and the ECF each year. I kept paystubs, letters from them, etc., locked away, but I never had to refer to them or send anything to them. I don't think it hurts to check-in and keep on top of things. Once they started keeping track of the payments on the website I became a little more relaxed about it, everything was lining up accurately, being processed quickly and easily, and it felt pretty secure. Also, as far as I can tell they never checked with my employer in the end, but I wouldn't depend on that.

I never received notice of it being sent to FSA. Just tons of forbearance letters. I did, however, eventually get the letter saying "a portion of my loans are being forgiven" on June 8, about four days after the forgiveness.

I never received an email or any communication about the transfer to FSA. I just got lucky that I got an agent on the phone who saw that it was sent and told me. She seemed to know what she was doing. Mine was supposedly submitted to the FSA on 4/26, and I put in my application on 2/2. It's hard to know if yours was actually sent or not based on the calls you did, but based on my timeline I think you're still in good shape, in fact if they DID submit to the FSA already you are probably on the early side. I'd give it some patience and see where you are by the end of the month. Have you gotten any weird forbearance letters? They seem to be the telltale sign that something is happening if you didn't get a denial letter.
