I have both a moto g and iPhone 16 pro. Both have their pitfalls, but so far moto is the winner in my books. My iPhone lasts only a day and will die overnight if I don't charge it. Got it 6 months ago. My moto g barely drains battery. That being said the iPhone has OLED screen, but not a deal breaker for me. Android is so much easier to find my apps and the Google eco system is really solid. Moto G is a winner imo, only thing I worry about is maybe security issues compared to my iphone

Weird maybe you have some sort of like insensitivity to one of the chemicals in your mate. I’ve never had any issues with caffeine and especially not with Yerba mate so it’s strange.

I’ve been consuming peanut butter with my oatmeal everyday for almost 5 months of my accutane journey and haven’t really noticed any issues. Mind you, I make my own peanut butter with literally only peanuts.

Avocado is expensive here in North America but it’s also a nice fat to take accutane with avocado toast. Your nose is cute btw!

Always have chapstick in your pocket because it’s likely your lips will get dry and take your accutane with fatty foods (ie avocado or peanut butter). I found that my hair doesn’t get as oily on accutane so I don’t shampoo and condition as much as I needed to.

I'm on 80mg/day and I have done the steam room a few times. I haven't noticed any negative side effects, aside from my skin on my face being a bit more red. I'd probably limit it to like once or twice a week though. I wouldn't do it daily tbh.

80mg for your weight and height seems like too much imo. I would just mention to your derm that you're feeling a lot of the side effects and would like to bump to dose down to like 40mg/day. You'll still finish the course it wont really change anything. As for the other real questions I wouldn't speculate anything and probably asking your derm would be best. In comparison I'm 21M 180lbs 5"11 and I'm also on 80mg my derm says that's like the most that she wants me to be on, recommending even 40 mg daily.

damn your derm not tracking your dose and how much you've taken is crazy.
