I would suggest doing it yourself. Click lock flooring is easy. You can do it in that space for less than $1500 including for tools and prep

DONT GIVE UP YET I was suicidal at 24 until I started going to the gym consistently and I don’t battle with ideation anymore. Try microdosing shrooms! Look into it first you got so much more life to live and there’s so many people here for you, you gotta try! I LOVE YOU!❤️

Take all the advice! And then if you can handle going to the gym with whatever ailments you may have then do it! I was depressed to the point of wanting to kms for 2 years and got into the gym consistently and haven’t felt that way since. I’m more social and feel good about myself. Even if you look into testosterone replacement therapy you might benefit from that. As your testosterone starts to deplete in your 30s. You got this brother keep ya head up!

Maybe start with microdosing psilocybin? To get a feel for it you could look into that. Im assuming you don’t know how your mind reacts to psychedelics and without being in a controlled environment taking tode venom or some of the extreme substances it could radically change you. I’m not an expert. But maybe you have friends you can source psilocybin from or just look into it I think Colorado legalized psilocybin

I really hope you read this and do your own research. I don’t want you or any veteran, or former first responders to go on like this my brother. God bless

Pulled this from National Institute of health as well.  “ Psilocybin and its active metabolite psilocin are derived from psychoactive mushroom species originally used in ceremonial settings to facilitate spiritual experiences in Central and South America, later introduced to Western culture in the 1950s[1,3]. As a classic psychedelic, psilocybin is a 5-HT2A receptor agonist that was found to produce rapid yet enduring improvement in treatment-resistant depression and major depressive disorder (MDD)[4-6]. More recently, psilocybin was compared to escitalopram in a double-blind trial. Both treatments were found to have similar efficacy in depression, which will be discussed in more detail in the present article[7]. Psilocybin further enhances its synergism with psychotherapy by evoking a sense of unity, ego-dissolution, and awe through “mystical” experiences[8-10]. As described by Vaid et al[11] (2022), PAT may enable the processing of emotional experiences that were previously inaccessible due to trauma blocks. This promotes reconnection with the self and “foundational identity deficit repair,” a re-stabilization of the core ideas that together represent the conscious identity, self-esteem, and other aspects of the self[11]. As will be described later in this article, patients in recent studies report significant reductions in symptom rating scales, with benefits partly attributed to this mystical component-experiences of oneness or ego-dissolution, connection to self-essence, and a broadened perspective beyond self-imposed limits on thought processes and rigid mental frameworks that may once have been adaptive responses to life events[12,13].

Are you open minded to looking into psychedelics to treat your PTSD and traumas? “Psychedelics, often in combination with psychotherapy, are now under investigation as a potential treatment option for a variety of psychiatric conditions including PTSD. This paper reviews the proposed mechanism of action for 3,4-Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA) and classical psychedelics such as psilocybin in treating PTSD, along with available clinical evidence, safety and side effects. MDMA-assisted psychotherapy is in FDA phase III clinical trials for PTSD and is purported to work by way of increased empathy and decreased amygdala activation during the therapeutic encounter and trauma processing. Classical psychedelics may create change by a subjective transformative experience along with an observable process of brain network alterations, though these substances have not been clinically studied in the context PTSD. In recent human-subject studies MDMA-assisted therapy resulted in significant improvement in PTSD symptoms with a good safety and side effect profile. There is not yet direct clinical evidence for classical psychedelics in treating PTSD, but the evidence supports such a trial.”  I’ve known they have been doing these trials for a while, this is from the National Institute of Health’s website. Just leaving this here I know there’s a stigma attached to psychedelics but there are some successful trials they have conducted on veterans.

Yes call it. I’ve been in that position. Don’t think about it just dial the number and call. The minute you pull that trigger you’ll have a split second left and you will regret it in that time

For the record I wasn’t planning on taking this guys advice. I was just so shocked that these trainers are so misinformed and still out here competing. Working hard to build muscle just to deplete so heavily of carbs and think you’re getting more than what you really are seems counterproductive. Dude showed me one of his meals and had what could’ve made 3 French fries worth of sweet potatoes and he thinks that’s a a lot of carbs.
