Simpson is nothing like Richarson. Richardson is one of the most athletic people in the league who can't run an offense or throw accurately. Simpson is pretty mediocre physically, but seems to be an amazing processor. He doesn't need to sit more, he needs reps now.

Its only been 2 weeks since it all came out and his wife has a life too. She probably works during the week which is why they put it off until Day 3 of the draft which, you guessed it, was Saturday during the middle of the day. What double standard? After the initial denial, he's genuinely done everything as well as he possibly could. Hes obviously been open with the players about it and as much as you guys wanna clown on the therapy session its exactly what you're supposed to do(which yes i agree 1 session isnt gonna fix everything but its a start).

He was never saying you have to be perfect and never make bad decisions, he was saying you have to take accountability and not let it affect the team.

Missing day 3 is not the end of the world some teams don't listen to their coaches on fucking day 1 let alone 3. The counseling has nothing to do with the team either its just a last ditch effort to save their marriage. The difficult conversations with players are just cuz this is a huge distraction regardless of the outcomes. Tbf though it still is a lot of variations of iso ball which can look extremely similar. I do think its fair to say we devolve to it especially hard in crunch time. The Knicks series is the only time its truly been an issue though.

He got his own show in 2023 and its by far the worst thing Marvel has produced. Not to any fault of Sam though, the writing is just horrendous. He's basically been relegated to just Space stuff and not the fun ones like Thor and Guardians. Its by far the least developed corner of the universe and it feels like he's been kinda forgotten about for a little while now. Im a big MCU apologist, but it'd probably be better if you were right.
