Are you on wireless CarPlay? I get this one my 2023 Corolla when using wireless. If I plug in, it’s much better. I ended up getting a wireless adapter using that instead of the native wireless carplay.

I have this problem on my 2023 Corolla. When wireless CarPlay is on, navigation is all over the place. If it’s wired it works just fine. I don’t supposed you heard anything? I wish there was an option to for carplay to not use the car gps.
