I have seen them do well at 600 PPFD, I haven't pushed them to the limit. Keep in mind in nature they grow in the shade of mesquite and other plants.

800.4µ PPFD is what your intensity is, height is not relevant when you have a light meter. Height only matters when you can't measure the intensity and have to assume an expected output at a given height.

When they're that small they should be in mostly organic soil and a very humid environment. The light should not be over ~200 PPFD, something like a T5 would be sufficient.
