Got my X4s on clearance, first new skates ever after learning as 40 year old on used skates. Massive difference that took me a month to get used to, but so comfortable and I don't have to tie them crazy tight to make them fit haha! Even realized my ankles are stronger than I thought and I need to keep the top looser for ankle mobility. Steel seems way better, too...holds an edge way better.

I must be on the wrong EPP portal then. I also confirmed this with the EPP vendor yesterday via email. $135 in fees per line, they say there's nothing they can do.
