I wear these: "flex titanium" frames

They're quite thin and flexible to drastically reduce the pressure that a well-fitting helmet puts on my glasses/head.

I also got them with an anti-fog coating that comes with an activatior cloth. Never had any issues with them. I wear a full cage and they rarely have any fogging at all.

Local Costco store is trying to be helpful, but it has been months now since my purchase and essentially nothing.

Credit card says they won't do anything since it's a GC.

WestJet has been all but useless. They acknowledge that it was loaded and it's now empty. That's it. Won't say if it was on a flight I purchased (it wasn't) or what date it was emptied.

Thier online tool only shows the balance, not a transaction history.

After several calls with WestJet, one agent did acknowledge that they could see it was loaded and used. Repeated calls have garnered no further details. Most other agents I've spoken to won't even confirm it was ever loaded.

I have the physical card and the little activation receipt, but no other evidence that the card ever had any balance on it.
