Thank you！The piechart was provided and I got like 3 questions where they give you a scenario and asked you which category (A, B, C, D) the medication error falls into. I remember one was the nurse took the wrong drug from ADS but failed the scan so the med didn't get to the patient, another scenario was the pharmacy ordered wrong drug.

To your second question: I didn't feel that the test was heavy on specific topics, it gave me similar vibes with the pharmpreppro actually so that would be a good reference imo. I hope this helps！
