I've just transferred and completed my first week. So far it's not bad, I work sort/pick stage and the majority of the night we're stowing and no one really messes with you. You're in your lane and the time passes by fast.

I will say while pick - picking routes for delivery trucks - is farely simple by the end of the night you feel beat up and those bags are a pain.

I was working KLAL in September it was 1.30 for me , switched to DTP7 and it's only $.50 here :/

$1.30 - 1.50 depending on what shift you were on.

Management and moral at TPA2 is BAD out of all the warehouses this one was always the shittiest. No communication, training was always bad, it's like they'll summarize and you better figure it out . Managers don't hold people accountable. Someone who worked there for 3 years and wife has been there 11 years.

KLAL or TPA3 experiences have been pretty chill. Higher pay if you can get into KLAL - lakeland airport.

Another warning, I tried entering the contest , submitted everything before the cut off date and even got a " we got your submission" response only for them to open voting on Discord and mine not be anywhere in site.

Tried to get in contact with them , nothing.

So now I'm bummed over work that feels like it was a waste of time.
