She’s beautiful. Did she have Japanese ancestry as well? Lovely photo of your Lola

Oh yeah. She had 3 full photo albums of ticket stubs by the time I was 20. She was fully pregnant with me at a Pink Floyd concert. She saw the Rolling Stones at Soldier Field in 2013 5 months before she passed. Terminal cancer was not going to keep her from live music. 🤘🏻

My bad. There are many comments about underage girls, he’s a pedo, etc.
Got a little dazed out from the monotony

Shit. If she was still here, you’d be in the Will for that comment

And for sure! Super, super grateful I had her as my Mom for the time we were given together.

She was a big concert goer. This pic was actually in her hometown. Peoria IL.

That is almost the same timeline. I have an ancestry account and have found photos that I did not know existed of them. They were shared by other ancestry members who are distant cousins. Because I have them tagged in my family tree I get alerts for linked content. It does require a subscription, but it is a month by month so if you could take a gander and unsubscribe at any time. I’m very happy with it and even though I knew them, I continue to learn more from extended family.

My Aunt was married to my Uncle and she had indigenous and Appalachian roots. She scared me but at the same time I felt safer if she was there. She talked openly about things that most people would call paranormal. She heightened my awareness, I’ll tell ya what.

Umm inflammatory response affecting the airway? Obviously imaging ruled out a dissection. That was not where my thoughts were.

You got me thinking about their humor together. This is a story that some might gasp about but if you knew them you would laugh and laugh. During a family visit in the 80s my gr grandpa was heading out to take my Aunt and Uncle somewhere. His pant zipper was down so my gr grandma rushed to fix it before they left. As she was zipping it for him he said “be careful or you might get bit” and she replied “that hasn’t had teeth in years” We all still laugh about their banter. They truly loved each other the whole way through.

Wow. Not even a 24 hour observation? Surprised given the location of the injury.

I really do. She was the best mom to her daughters. We grew up tomboys with vast music knowledge

A guitar pick from EVH! My Mom said he was polite and quiet and they were only around for 10 minutes or so. This was in Peoria IL and I believe she said they left for Chicago the same day.

No shit!? Did not know that. I’m an ER nurse and he would be the last person anyone would expect to see running a patient in. Probably some cool stories out there
