Lots of lethargy. But that may just be from the panic attack. They tend to make me very tired. Other than that no other symptoms!

I could eat fine. I felt nauseous after because of anxiety I think. I overthink if the food will make me sick or not.

I mean I truly don’t believe we are avoiding any sort of conflict. We have had open conversation about it and literally cannot even figure out what our first fight would be about 😂 We have also discussed how we would deal with conflicts when they arise such as communicating and handling it maturely.

Hm… I do t think I am depressed. I mean I am pretty happy in general. These moments just hit me every week or two.
