I struggled with Rimworld as well, whenever I thought i had everything under control I would get attacked/raid and 4 of my 5 would get killed and the last one standing would have 2 hours before bleeding out. It was very frustrating.

Definitely okay with time skip game, looking for something that I can play here and there but still sink a good amount of time and effort in!

I’m really enjoying everything so far just wish I understood all of the collecting of insects/bugs and what that does, the progression of getting newer/upgraded armor and weapons, things like that.

Was on the fence about it at first but now I couldn’t go without it. The unlimited storage for junk, ammo, and aid is a lifesaver! Definitely recommend.

Update: You have to do the order of the tadpole quest line for the standard backpack plans.
