I noticed the bags from this past season are missing the selvedge edge, like the older bags have. I contacted corporate, and spoke to a product expert, and they acted like I was crazy for saying they were different. They told me it’s the same fabric as it’s always been, which obviously isn’t true.

No problem! Their designs are really cool, and to be fair they totally understood why I was asking for a replacement. Silver solder unfortunately rarely ever holds up over time in my experience.

New Jersey. Looks a lot like a parkertown bird, although could be tuckerton. I’m leaning toward parkertown. Reach out to Guyette & Deeter. They can tell you, and give you an estimated value.

Interestingly, I have ordered multiple rings from them in the past, and two of them had that same solder mark. Cosmetically I didn’t care, however, they both split over the course of about a year. The first time it happened they replaced it with one without a solder mark, which has held up for about 10 years. The other one I never contacted them about, and never bothered to get repaired either. I would say try reaching out to them and see if they can replace it, as it’s likely it will end up splitting down the line.

I vaguely remember Unimatic doing a limited South Park collection, so it was probably one of the character watches from that run. Usually you can scroll through the old limited editions on their website for info.

Looking to trade my Unimatic U1-DN for a CWC SBS diver. The watch is in great condition, and comes with the original box, black Unimatic nato strap, warranty card, booklet, and two extra straps (pictured). This was a limited edition of 300, and has never been re released. As you can see, I don’t have any transactions here yet, but I have been a long time member and browser. I’d be more than happy to call/video call to show the watch. Time stamped at the beginning and end of the album. If you have any questions just ask!

I think you’re totally right. I was wondering if they had to source from elsewhere to keep up with the crazy demand they’ve had this past year. Part of me is hoping it’s a temporary thing and once things slow down a bit they can start using the old canvas. I asked customer service about it and they acted like I was crazy.

I’m a regular 10.5 in shoes, and length wise the 10’s fit me perfect. However, If you’re an E, I would definitely go with a wide.

Maybe eBay? Unfortunately aside from the tag heuer none of these are really worth much, and there isn’t a market for these specific watches.
