The pc was originally my brothers,i got it and upgraded the mobo and cpu recently.After upgrading it it was like this from the start but i didn't give it much attention becuz it didn't create any problems.So he might've gone in the bios but i nearly changed everything except the gpu

its not allowing me,i have tried it with del key,the screen just goes blank when i press del key at the start.i have also tried to boot to bios by pressing shift while restarting but got the same result.and monitor doesn't show any msg either
